^tldr: someone who works(ed) w/ Daniel Wolf describes the thankless chore that is video-making and suggests that if you don't do it for the love then just don't do it.
Now, I'm glad this particular individual has such passion for the art/craft of video-making but love alone doesn't pay mortgages. You have to demand what you're worth because if you don't think you're worth it then no one else ever will.
