The first single from Erland & The Carnival's second album 'Nightingale', released 28/02/11.

'Nightingale' released 7th March 2011 in UK/Europe on Full Time Hobby & 29th March in N. America on Yep Roc.

Inspired by the Grayson Perry painting of the same name, the video for Erland & The Carnival’s ‘Map Of An Englishman’ is a haunting, partly animated and stop-frame-esque concoction of images that flicker with the beguiling beats and muted vocals.
