Jorge de la Fuente aka George Boutopoulus creates an atmospheric and stylish picture language for the new Popshop single track «Shape and Shadow». This means four and a half minutes of brillant, sharp and rhythmic black and white pictures consistent with the music and vocals of Martin Akeret. The absolut charismatic performer Stefano Benini is present again while Jean-Claude Horlacher aka Eisentanz participate for the first time. This video is made by a whole team and everyone knows each other since the colllective start in the 90ies.
Popshop becomes an expert in the matter of video clips. Last year's «Basic Life Support« by Andreas Empl has been selected for the best of «frischfilm- works» on SF1 television and was shown on 3sat also.
