Um, hasn't Tilley been doing big budget music videos for a while now? Cool to see Brown and Bieber really going for it.

I don't think they were that big of a budget. Most of his videos are performance based, so the budgets can stretch for that. I feel like this is the first real big budget video he's done. Plus I think his fee is lower than most directors, so the money goes back into the video.
