there was this video back in the 00's or 90's they were showing it on mtv all the time; the music video wa black and white and the fish was flying and it wa golden; i think they had baggy pants, but they werent a boy band and i think the lyrics went something like 'nananana...city...soooooo hot...' and it reminded me of ace of base - happy nation any idea which was it THANS
