Gavras's "Our Day Will Come' Released Straight to DVD in the UK

IMDB review by good old framescourer;
not a music video…
straight to dvd hahahahahha
I met him in Paris and it had a theatrical release there. It's been already released on dvd as I've seen it appear on a few torrent sites.
Where's the online video? :(
Good movie. Albeit not very rewarding. Cassell owns it.
What's the fascination with Gingers? that's so rich kid bullshit. La Haine was a definitive statement, I liked the cinematography and edit.
Not a music video.
per legions comment - I don't think "straight to video" is necessarily something to laugh at. It's an extremely hard market for independent film and even names that are highly known in the music video world , such as roman's, are not really marketable to the public at large. Furthermore, there are many reasons a film doesn't receive a theatrical distribution including the fact that it may be too avant-garde or simply not fit into any conventional marketing structure. Having had a film at Sundance and struggled to find distribution I can tell you that regardless of the quality of the work nothing comes handed to you on a silver platter.
And just for good measure - not a music video.
not even an arthouse venue/ ica screening? what about cartoon network, then?
