Cody Stewart's Tubalr is an select&unclutter- filter for all the music videos on YouTube for a band or artist of your choosing; it also offers a Pandora-like "similar" option. You can also filter by (last.fm-generated) genres, and register as a user, for some more specific user-based functions like favourites.
