I'm trying to recall the name of a video from about 4-5 years ago for a male singer/songwriter type (sort of like Will Young I think). In the video the singer was portrayed as a life-like robot, being assembled piece by piece on some kind of operating table. It was a lower budget job but had some nice VFX. Anyone remember that one? Thanks.

No, not that one. The singer was a lifelike android but the back side of his head wasn't fully covered up so you could see the workings of his robotics. It had kind of a Spielberg / A.I. vibe to it.
