This is a video that is very dear to our hearts, it's helped a lot of people. As the singers of this band, we wrote this song when we were in a very dark place, battling suicidal thoughts. Writing, singing, and performing this helped us out of that hole. And since posting it to youtube and other social media sites, so many people have opened up to us after watching it sharing their stories, their trials and triumphs.
