No One Cares 'up here' but Taylor Swift is the artist most deserving of a video vanguard: She's been directing most of her videos of late, gets non-stop MTV rotation (MTV Live, natch) and has pushed up the quality of her videos lately.
I'm never allowed to say this but I'm a huge fan.
