Whah, on first inpection I thought Chris Cunningham is at it again, but google tells me Daniel Levi directed this. The sinister-little-girl thing is reminiscent of Come To Daddy, as is the type of music (in a general sense.)

But in particular, the facial deformations in this clip are just like the Playstation ad with the Scottish alien girl that CC did.

Daniel Levi has also directed a video for Massive Attack which looks interesting... I don't think it has been posted here though.

The location must be in HK. I have to admit that my cantonese knowledge is very very very (add 100x times very) limited, but in cantonese "bin doha" marks a question about "where or who".
