Remember the guy who injected some real fire into the 1998 Grammies by doing an insane dance in front of Bob Dylan with the words "SOY BOMB" on his chest? Well, it looks like Michael Portnoy, or XAR as he is now known, has been up to quite a lot in the meantime.
Dance, music, taking over city streets in Poland (!), and teaching us how to laugh, to the beat. "Laughing with Gudnut" is a hilarious "Haharobics Instructional", which is only truly experienced by trying to do what "Gudnut" tells you. (Click on the link in the "ART" section of the site).
