Neither I think. There are a couple of books written by Santo, Tom and Rob on Molvania, and there's the whole website. It could just be more of their stuff (like Warwick Todd, Russel Coight, etc.) If it was from D-Gen or Late Show the chick in it would've been Jane Kennedy probably, which it doesn't seem to be...
