what I dislike about all the Eminem videos are that they are so so literal - what you hear is exactly what is on screen.

brings to mind that there could have been a Spike Jonze helmed video:

Still, you gotta admit, he really gives 110%, and isn't concerned with looking cool. I'd say he's about two notches above the 1986 Beastie Boys and one notch below Weird Al Yankovic.

         

What's shocking about it? Do you watch south park, saturday night live, or, to a lesser exetent, mad tv?

And who is sosin? I remember ludacris having his head on a little kid's body in one of his videos, and having it on a baby's body in another. Not that that has to do with anything.

I'd say he's way below weird al on the parody scale, though I'm not really sure how you're comparing them. I think that he's a better lyricist than the any beastie boy though, you're right about that.

         

the lead singles off each Eminem album all sound the same, and the clips all look the same. (but i always loved without me's quest to protect the impressionable youth from the innapropriate cd.)

this song borders on horrible, so i wasn't suprised to see that the clip is mediocre.

i was just thinking about how strange the video for 'couch potato' from weird al's most recent album is. weird al doing eminem doing weird al. (oh wait. lose yourself wasn't a comedy song. there goes my theory.)

i think i must have mixed the 'all about the pentiums' video with the 'rocking the suburbs' video with the 8 Mile bit in 'just lose it' along with some sort of direct injection of bleach to my temple.

lol...eminem is really down to earth guy. I like him, n if it wasnt for him n uther musicians some of us wouldnt even be here. Just lose it, is really catching tune which every one will know by the end of the week. even if they like eminem or not......
