Here's a link to a Canadian director, Scott Cudmore, whose got videos for Martin Tielli (of the Rheostatics), Nathan Lawr (of Royal City & Sea Snakes) and Wax Mannequin. There is also a section of "nosebleeds" where he has filmed a bunch of people with bloody noses. You can't watch the films on the site but there are stills. He seems to like blood.
