I directed this video. Would love the views of all Antvilleans..
Its obviously cheap but I hope enjoyable. Also does anyone know if this idea has been done before? Would love to know (and see if possible)...

cool track. cute low budget video...
fun - fresh - iliiike! (who does this kid sing like? can't place it.... wait - is it the maccabees i mean?)
first similar comes to mind, j kahn for blink 182
I think the edition is nice, goes with the sounds and that helps that doesnt look too slow. I like it,yes i had in mind too blink 182 video from "always", and one from a band from Chile, that its call DE Saloon, but to be honest this is way better than De Saloon video. Congrats
A lot of fun. Good job. If you're looking for criticism, there's a shot midway in where the fields get all messed up. It's a shot of a hand on a guitar. Other than that, pretty great. The great track helps, too. Also, I love all the textures you use in the background. Really pretty.
I'm sure other people have done this, here's one of my favorites:
So glad I clicked the comments page, the legs in the video above are just fantastic!! Keep it seasy......
Reminded me of this Alps clip ..fun none the less..
Yeah I'd agree that this idea has been done a lot. Here's another one.
Still, this was pretty good. The colors on the wall were great, a really nice touch. I didn't dig the part where you used black & white footage, that stuff didn't really seem to mesh.
fun low budget video. definitely reminded me of joseph kahn's blink 182 video for "always." which can be watched on his website. even though the effect has been done a lot it still has it's charm.
also this one for domotic.
what say, deserves a videoville genre page, mebbe "Cut-Screen"?
Thanks for the feedback! Glad most people seemed to like the video, and the song (I've passed the comments onto the band).
Really interesting to see those other videos - especially the domotic and the one above - thanks for the suggestions. Didn't realise that this effect had been done SO much! lol Still, I hope mine added something to the genre...
