yeah, fantastic song! Video is sort of a mix between "Praise You", and I dunno, maybe that Robbie Williams cult video? And the Polyphonic Spree? it was all silly and fun enough; though a more compelling idea would be to not go for laughs but a dead straight false-documentary. There really are cults out there, much weirder than this.
I'm sort of ambivalent about the lo-fi video look. On one hand, it fit the realm of a video made by cult members, on the other hand it just sort of looked shitty.
