FUCK IT, I'm posting... (help?)
So, I know this is a taboo post, but I'm desperate and here in peace and camaraderie and hope that you can advise me on how/what to do.
I have to make a music video for a friends' NY-based band, Alex Delivery. Google 'em... Or go to alexdeliverymusic.com. They'll be touring with Frog Eyes this summer, on a great label (jagjaguwar), getting nice press, reviews are amazing, etc. Listen to the music. They're a good bunch and deserve something special.
Long story short: they hired some friend to shoot a video and it's—to say the least—lacking. It was due five days ago and I'm desperate to help them out. No budget and no time and no fucking clue what to do... The label is getting bitter.
I have some ideas, but since all I do is design book covers, my video ideas—as well as skills—are shitty. There is some amazing work discussed here and I know many of you are pretty fucking hungry and smart. So... Email me if you wish to contribute anything, we can surely collaborate, and this could turn out to be amazing. Or tell me to fuck off and stop bothering.

Willy Mason - Save Myself
Willy Mason likes to turn up at the houses of fans he's never met and put on impromptu sets for local family and friends. Nice touch, eh? With nothing more than backpack and an acoustic guitar in tow, Willy has toured with the likes of Bright Eyes, Magic Numbers, Beth Orton, Jenny Lewis, KT Tunstall, Ray LaMontagne and Radiohead. In fact, he still sets up these house parties with interested fans via his own website.
Witnesseth this behavior in action through this clip for "Save Myself".

Here's a video I directed a while back that I am finally getting around to posting. Would love to hear some input from the regulars and newcomers alike. Thought it was an appropriate time to post with the Dizzee vs. Rap Concept vs. Rock Concept discussion coming up again. Thanks.
