Kochoko - Beautiful Girls (Dir: Alex Gorosh)
I shot this music video in a slum of Accra, Ghana. The whole shoot took about 4 hours, it was nuts.
I was in the area working on a doc project for a company called Gizmogul. The slum is called Agbogbloshie and it's so high in crime and pollution that it's nicknamed 'Sodom and Gomorrah'. It's a swampy area that is known for disposing of (burning) electronic waste. You can see that finished piece here: vimeo.com
My friend/local fixer in Ghana had a friend who lived in the neighborhood and happened to be a pretty dope rapper. He agreed to help me with the shoot and in exchange, I shot this music video for him. Every few minutes, he would lead me to the next location where drunk neighbors and aggressive prostitutes were waiting to be his background dancers. It was crazy and very fun. Hope you enjoy.

This song is about loneliness, dealing with unreliable people, and having fake friends. Stuff that I'm sure we've all gone through.

"Burnin' It Down" is a song written by Rodney Clawson, Chris Tompkins and Florida Georgia Line members Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley and recorded by American country music ringtones artist Jason Aldean. It was released in July 2014 as the lead single from his sixth studio album Old Boots, New Dirt. It won the "Top Country Song" category at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards.
The song is a midtempo ballad about a sexual encounter with a lover. Aldean told Country Music Television that he considered the song "baby making music". He also felt that it was a different song style for him due to it being more sexual in nature and featuring a drum loop.
