Conner Stark, an already established songwriter known for his musical compositions on One Tree Hill, Style Network’s Style Pop, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards has decided to transition from music writer and composer to solo indie rock artist.
“The concept for Trance is more than a music video; it is a short film that expresses the primal emotion that you experience during a heartbreak and represents both the beauty and the pain that is felt during the process,” Conner states while explaining how his lyrics transfer on camera.

An original song called 'Europass' that I recorded with Tim Forsyth in Loveland, Colorado at a rehearsal we had in a Duo called 'Glass Staircase'.
I wrote this song about a Woman from Amsterdam I met while I was out one night having some fun in Oxford, England back in 1984. She was traveling around the United Kingdom and Europe by train. We said goodbye at the Bicester train station a couple of days later.
Lyrics -
1V - She was on a train in the middle of the evening, a pack of lights and a Europass. She said to Jim, 'She was just like him, straight ahead never lookin' back.' The train pulled up to the Berlin station, you could see the storm brewin' in her eyes. Last chance to make romance, she kept Jim right by her side. A big crush in a foreign land.
C - Oh I never thought I'd see the hunger and the pain in your soul, oh baby. Oh I just can't believe you're comin' to the place that I call my home.
2V - We took a trip to the 'Holy Fountain', to 'The Wall' and the other side. She was a spy who could look in your eyes, and see just about everything. A very mean fighter in the ring.

3V - It was 4 a.m. and the train was leaving, we got there in the nick of time. Whoever said you gotta sleep in your bed, when a dream can take you there. The porter said, 'Last call can I have your fare.'
