Dog Like Status -- Love Sick
Disturbing music video shines a light of the dark side of love.
Love Sick is the debut single from UK rock band Dog Like Status.
The video alludes to the insanity of love with references to pornography, domestic violence, masturbation, religion and abuse.
The video features a sinister clown - the dark alter ego of love - who violently cuts the hair off the straight jacketed vocalist, Ash. Interspersed throughout this are scenes of simulated sex, short subliminal montages of pornography, religious symbols and a vomiting "Barbie" doll.
Dog Like Status filmed, directed and produced the video, which was shot in various locations throughout Brighton & Hove, UK.
It is filmed in 1080HD at 24 frames per second.

Jeff Tynan is an independent singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & producer from Melbourne, Australia. The track "Better I Was" is 1 of many highlights on the EP for which Jeff has helped create an equally emotional video. Inspired by 8 years of teaching at a Melbourne school for disadvantaged kids, family experiences with mental illness & addiction, the recent passing of both Jeff's Mother & life/music mentor - the song speaks of regret, doubt, grief, loss of trust, loss of innocence & loss of any sense of reality & what's important in life in this modern age.
