The Twilight Saga: Eclipse: quicktime

Green Hornet looks very bland. Gondry even said he would cut down on the Gondryisms for this film, but this feels no different than any January blockbuster.

The American is oscar bait.

Slade is good filmmaker, but I feel bad that he's doing a Twilight. It's a paycheck job.

I take some relief from that shot of Kato kicking the man and the multiple cars stretching out in perspective. Am sure there's a little more Gondry touches than is being let on.

But you're right, it's quite surprisingly conventional.
