DAOKO debuted in 2015 and is still in her teens. She has a unique flow that alternates between rapping and singing and originally attracted support on social media around the Shibuya area of Japan. (Shibuya has become the centre of Japanese pop culture apparently) She cemented such popularity further by collaborating with m-flo. Her collaborations with Producer TeddyLoid resulted in providing musical pieces for the movie soundtrack called “Kawaki”.
