Murena - Export Tripoli (dir. Philipp Mühlbauer)
This clip takes the silhouette effect, delivered world wide by the iPod campaigns, and gives it a whole new twist.

Motion Control and Stop Motion
Hey everybody. I'm trying to find a video I saw here a while back and have spent waaaay too much time looking for it. I'm making a video using similar techniques and wanted to show my DP.
So.... here's what I'm looking for: there's a video where a band performs in a room with the camera locked off. The trick is, they shot the band perform the song a ton of times wearing different clothes. So when the video is edited together, the people stay in the same place but their clothes change. The effect is very stop motiony.
I know my fellow Antvillians won't let me down.
I'm also looking for any videos with cheap motion control tricks. Nothing fancy and no rotoscoping.
I'm a big fat thief looking to plunder away, so avast ye mateys, bring me some loot!
Red Hot Chili Peppers: Otherside * Directors: Jonathan Dayton, Valerie Faris
A great Red Hot Chili Peppers video from around 2000 that was inspired by "futurist artists from the '30s, and the illustrations of the Surrealists and from Cubism" (according to director Valerie Faris).
