Man, over the years there have been dozens of Teen Spirit covers and frankly none of them come anywhere near being as good as the original. It's a crap melody for anything other than grunge. It just sounds dumb on a synth, or accoustic or for fuck's sake - a sitar?

I agree, there's really bad stuff around. this particular one is splendid, to my humble opinion... But who am I? The whole grunge thing lifted me out of my teenage years, but now I'm somewhat older and I got interested in ALL kinds of music ;-)
