If I remember correctly, Devendra is soon going into the studio to record with Michael Gira of the Swans and Angels of Light fame. Should be interesting. Keep on the lookout.

         

A bit disjointed; Devandra and the gang are too charizmatic for it to hurt the video though. Makes me wanna be a poor hippie again. That's it, I quiting my job tomorrow. -j

         

The same can be easily said for his last video, "Feel Just Like A Child." Technically not a good video, but the guy just carries it the whole way, you can't look away from him.

Antony, on the other hand, he just takes it to next level. He's so utterly unique and up there, you can't see far enough to catch a good enough glimpse of him.

I agree that its a bit disjointed but I found it to be really compelling. I'm not sure if it can easily be dismissed as pretentious or a mock home movie. I have a hard time watching most of the videos on this site all the way through but this one I watched three times.

         

Hey Terri, do you know if Noah Georgeson is somewhere in this video, too? I really love the Galaxies video a lot, btw. Keep havin' fun with it.

         

I saw him in the last one but I didn't see him in this one. He did a really good job producing the album though. Glad you liked the Galaxies video.

         

I have to agree -- there is something special that kept me watching this to the end. Much too fun to be pretentious.
