This is a really weird and dissapointing video for being made by Ben Dawkins. Where's the adorable computer animation?

         

I watched this a few times and I love it, lighting is superb and the edit snaps along to the track............nice departure into film for dawkins

         

listened to it with headphones, it's actually pretty musical, got a little lost in the middle, but quite liked the fact you couldn't read the characters , meant you didnt' know who the victim/hero was . Who was the DP?

         

How the fuck can you over photograph something? Radar71 you seem to know what your doing..... maybe you could give me some pointers? I've only made 3 music videos... thats one more than you!!!

umm for the record - I didn't care much for the editing. Those flash frames feel so contrived. The actors were also weak - but those were tough roles to pull off. Nice photography, good structure.

         

Right - lets nerd it out. Ramon....I admit you got there first.... The Gregory Crewdson book was yours fair and square. I should go back to making films about my imaginary friends.... before you do!!

         

i thought the acting was actually really good and well directed. The video was very simple, mabe too simple, but overall i really liked. It did remind me of Ramon but I like his stuff as well. In both case i feel like the ramon videos and this one leave me feeling like there could be more concept or story but thats just my personal bias. They do work as somthing just conveys a particular mood i guess. good work.
