FORT MINOR - BELIEVE ME : Dir. Laurent Briet
Briet's newest. Lights galore. The band, a break off of Linkin Park. Just boring.
boring a hell. everytime i see this on TV i must switch very fast.
So does Laurent do all that stuff in-camera, or is it motion control & post? Much of his work leaves me wondering how he did it.
The vid does bore me otherwise. I enjoy Robert Hales' "Petrified" more. It's got the b/w chiraoscuro that matches the track quite well. (And it's so hot in the club!)
looks like motion control- why such a dull location and lighting effect- rubbish song as well.
there's no concept here- just cool light stuff. Gets boring after 30 seconds.
It's not fair to compare anyone to Romanek; but look what he did with Linkin Park and a not too huge concept.
I think Laurent will continue to get work cause he's got a great "hilight reel" - but nearly all of his videos drag over the course of a song.
yeah, he'd be a great dp or something in someone else's video
his red hot chili peppers video was good, though.
he did "Fortune faded" for Red Hot Chili Peppers. This was really good. This Videos for FORT MINOR looks boring. Why?
I know romanek had 5 times the budget too. Makes things easier. Although you wouldn't think so after watching that LP video.
warhero, although you have a right to your own opinion it is too bad you have no taste in music. Oh, and change your name. If you were really a war hero, you would have the modesty not to call yourself one. And the song is awesome by the way. Idiot.
