I saw this band in Austin last year and they put on one of the best live shows I've ever seen. Not so sure that this video reflected that.

         

terri gots a point. I've seen the band too. the video looks good and everything, But i don't get the spirit of the band coming across. nathaniel, the lead, normally jumps into audience and kisses everybody during live shows. the juliette & the licks video got more of that vibe more then this video. considing that the blood arm have been doing that in their shows for a while.

         

terri - i was at that south by southwest show too. this band is totally overrated and boring. i walked outside to catch the coachwhips show on the patio which was way more appealing. besides....the singer of the blood arm has the most inflated ego in l.a. and i cant figure out why.....

         

Acidbird, its always harder to argue why something is good than why it is not. So I am not going to try. I was at their Saturday night show and I thought it was amazing. I am sure that the Coachwhips are very good indeed.

I am in agreement with acidbird...I saw this band at the Reading Festival and thought that the singer was obnoxious...I suppose there's a fine line between audience involvement (good) and bumptiousness (bad) and different people have different opinions of where it lies...
