Either that first comment was comment spam, or people are not even watching the videos here before posting comments about them. This video has nothing to do with josh&xander, postal, or apple. It's nothing like that, it's totally different and way better I might add.

         

erm... ok, it's a superficial resemblance, bunny suits, white rooms, etc - but i'd be surprised of j&x's treatment didn't ref thx...

oh, and: how's this better? the editing seems pretty haphazard&uninspired...

This video was great. This is what they should have used for the actual music video. Bravo!

         

Junk. Progosk's comment is right on the nail. Moreover, Bjork's hunter is clunky and has no place here. This could've been awesome if they kept it a thx music video - sans the 3d tack ons. Find a narrative you like. Use the bjork song (which does work in this world) and run with it.

Outside of this experiment, the film is an amazing debut. Which always gets me thinking, why are no first time directors making movies like thx1138 or eraserhead anymore? I mean fuck, when was the last time we even got something close to Who's that Knocking on my Door? Where'd these guys go...

         

I think this is a case of people being mad they didn't think of it first, I think the video rocks! It's totally genius the way the guy incorporated the bjork footage with the thx footage. That other poster was right, this "should" be the official video for the song.

         

the lip-synchronicity with the parts of the hunter video (Dir: Paul White, quicktime HERE ) is good.

         

progosk is one of the few people who will give everything a view- and is a great early warning for obscure videos that would otherwise fall thru the cracks. The "troll" characterization is way off.

         

Ew, and he has kids too, doesn't he? Gross lil' trolls running around smashing things..
