this is the 'more house, less band' cut of the video that i thought some people here would be interested in seeing. this is basically all the house footage we shot, so this is as housy as its going to get.

band's much better concentrated like that, much more mystery to the whole house thing (incl cat). just the exits of the waterglass and the mask shots feel a little off rhythmically, though i like these excruciating pans (a styleme of first-time handicam owners). oh, and: the doubled up bandname's a little...rich - the mirror shot's even better started from close to the drumkit, so i'd lose that less than phenomenal record cover. (odd effect: that opening shot had me half expecting another krazy kristmas lights thing.)

I much prefer the editing in the original version of this, although the additional house imagery is nice. (still) Not a fan of that opening shot.

thanks for the comments. would it be uncouth to post the final version here too, or are people getting sick of seeing this?
