wow, sounds like this robodrug has a strong passion for mainstream pop music. On the clapton side, ok great maybe he did do sum crack, but once again thats not the point, his music was better and made more ground in the progression of music than shakira's pop tripe. I think you'll find some of the greatest artist to ever live did a fair bit of drug abuse in their time, probably what halped them to see over this kind of revolting crime to music.

Just so u know i have no interest in eric clapton or that style of music, i dont listen to rock or indie or any other of the band style genres and i certainly dont think clapton is anything to shout about, all i think is that he did more for music than shakira, i dont like either of them so thats a non biast opinion.
